Location

Polkerris is located on the east of St Austell bay and is accessed by a typically Cornish lane that leads to a large public car park, the Inn also has car park (if you continue down the hill - juts before you get to the sand - turn right).

Traveling by road from the East

A30

1 Head west on A30 from Launceston
2 Exit onto A38/Launceston Rd toward A389
3 Turn left at A38/Cooksland Rd
4 Turn left at A38 - Go (bear left at next roundabout)
5 At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Turfdown Rd towards Respryn
6 At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit left onto B3268
7 Turn right onto A390
8 Take A3269 left towards Fowey
9 Turn right at the roundabout at Newtown (back towards St Austell)
10 Just before heading down the Polmear Hill into Par turn left to Polkerris and Menabilly
11 Follow the signs down into the village

A38

1 Take the A38 from Plymouth
2 Turn off at Dobwalls onto the A390 towards Lostwithiel
3 Pass through Lostwithiel, heading towards St Austell
4 Take A3269 left towards Fowey
5 Turn right at the roundabout at Newtown (back towards St Austell)
6 Just before heading down the Polmear Hill into Par turn left to Polkerris and Menabilly
7 Follow the signs down into the village
